GRADUATION SUNDAY...

May 11th, 2008

We will be honoring all our 2008 high school graduating seniors on Sunday, May 11th during worship.  We are extremely proud of the youth in our church, and we encourage everyone to come for this special occasion.  High school graduation marks an important transition from adolescence to adulthood, and as we take this opportunity to bless our seniors as they close out one chapter of their lives and begin the next, we will present them with a Bible as a reminder of our love at First Christian, and God’s love.

Our 2008 Graduating Seniors Are:  Karra Cross; Justin Foster; Brock Ingmire; Mac Ingmire; Chelsea Johnson; Nathan Jones; Lizzy Russell; Dane Sylvester

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR COLLEGE GRADs...

Kelley Sylvester, daughter of Noel & Barbara, graduates from Kansas State University in Early Childhood Education.

Travis Marfield, son of  Walt & Deb, and grandson of Janice Krienitz, is graduating from K-State this spring with a degree in Accounting.

Nancy Rumley has completed her MA in Family Studies and Human Services with emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Shannan Osborn is also graduating from K-State with a master’s degree in Theatre.  Her emphasis is in acting, but she also focused on stage managing and costume design.
