MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES AT FCC...

BECOME A VAN DRIVER FOR SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP

We like to add an additional van driver for Sunday mornings.  With a full crew, each of us only needs to drive once every five weeks.  If interested please contact Donna McCallum at 539-1016 or mccallumdonna@sbcglobal.com

BE A GREETER OR USHER ON SUNDAY MORNINGS

Many thanks to Connie Sink who recently volunteered to serve on both the Usher and Greeter tams!

 

We'd like to have more volunteers to usher and greet.  When we have a full crews, you'll only be serving about once every 6 weeks.  Please call the church office at 785-776-8790 or email Marian at marian@fccmanhattan.org.

SERVE COMMUNION TO OUR HOMEBOUND CHURCH MEMBERS

We are in need of assistance in bringing Communion to our homebound.  If you would be willing to help provide this service to our folks at Meadowlark, Stoneybrook, and St. Joseph's (who very much appreciate these weekly visits) please contact the church office or Mickey Bogart (539-4527).

OPERATE THE SOUND BOARD DURING WORSHIP

Our soundboard team would like to train more people to run the sound board.  This is not nearly as complex as you might thing.  Anyone can do it.  Stop at the back and watch some Sunday to see just how easy it is.  And, let the sound board operator know if you'd like to learn how to do it.

JOIN THE SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP PRAISE MEDLEY TEAM

Anyone interested in being a part of the Praise Medley Team should come to rehearsal Sunday mornings at 9:00 am. and talk to Fred Burrack or Lisa Berggren.  All are welcome!

SERVE AS NURSERY COORDINATOR

The Discipleship Ministry Team is still in search of a Nursery Coordinator.  If you are interested in finding out what the Nursery Coordinator does, please contact Janice Barrons at jcbx@ksu.edu.

And don't forget about the Chancel Choir and Hand-Bell Choir.  Anyone is welcome to join at any time.  Chancel Choir rehearsal is on Sunday Mornings at 8:30 am. Hand-Bell Choir rehearsal is on Wednesday evenings at 7:45 pm.
