FCC offers classes for all ages. Throughout the year we cover a variety of topics and scripture. Bring the family and enjoy fellowship in the Community Hall with coffee and donuts before the classes begin.

Children/YouthInfant - 3 years old Our Sunday Nursery Attendant teaches and leads activities with our youngest members during Sunday School Hour and Worship. The Nursery Attendant is a childcare employee and is fully trained to care for your child's needs during this time. Children's Worship and Wonder For children 2 - 10 years old. During Worship on Sunday Mornings Children's Worship and Wonder (CW&W) is a Montessori-influenced faith formation program. CW&W creates a sacred, quiet space where children experience God through storytelling, rituals, and creative response rather than traditional classroom instruction. Children and invited to listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, and discover God's presence in their everyday lives. Through CW&W children learn that they are valued members of God's family and an important part of the church community. This group meets in the Hummingbird Room in the office hallway. A volunteer will escort them during the passing of the peace towards the beginning of service and will return towards the end of service. |
Teens/AdultsDiscipleship Class During the summer the Discipleship Sunday Class will continue the study of Christianity and the Reformation and how the evolving historical events will lay the foundation of the Modern Megachurch. Many challenges existed in the Holy Roman Empire in the 16th and 17th Centuries. We will study the relationships among the Puritans, Catholics, Protestants, Muslims, and their leaders and the challenges associated with the Scientific Revolution. Religious revolutions in the 18th Century will lead us into the Second Awakening in North America and Britain at the turn of the 19th Century. This group meets in the Conference Room and is led by Richard Gallagher. Faith Builders Class The Faith Builders Class has been using six-week studies to explore the Gospel message. We are about to finish a study on Simon Peter. This summer we will take an informal approach to the vacation season. There will be a question of the week to chew on, while washing it down with a cup of coffee. In September we will return to a more structured study.
