Hey families! Our VBS this summer is called
​"VBS on the Case"
​June13-17, 2022.

We are again providing a "Take and Go" VBS experience for another year. Our intent is to be able to provide a VBS experience on the go so it can fit into everyone's schedules. There will be a new bag for each day of the week. These bags will contain plenty of activities with directions and a small snack for all participants. If needed, multiple days can be provided at a time if requested. 

Bags will be available at FCC for morning pickup from 10:00am to11:00 am. Linda Gallagher, Linda Uthoff, and others will be at the church to work with the students on the projects if they choose.

For working families in the community, detective bags will be available for pick up at the playground area in Manhattan City Park from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

Once registred, keep an eye out for contact from our CE Director with more information. 

Daily Themes

• Day 1 Kids will investigate the Parable of the Sower and find out how we can grow in our relationship with God.  Big Idea: Spending time with God is how we grow.
• For Day 2 Kids will investigate the Parable of the Bags of Gold in order to find out more about how to serve God and others. Big Idea: Using our gifts is how we serve.
• On Day 3 Kids will investigate the Parable of the Good Samaritan and find out how we can better care for one another. Big Idea: Spending time with others is how we care.
• In Day 4 Kids will investigate the Parables of the Lost Sheep, Coin, and Son to find out what they have in common and what they can teach us about how to love. Big Idea: Sharing our story is how we love.
• In Day 5, we will wrap up the week with mini activities.
