Worship at FCC
First Christian Church is a place where ALL are welcome to gather, to worship, to seek, to ask questions, to doubt, and to feast upon the love of God. At FCC, our worship gatherings could be described as inclusive, sincere, and eclectic. Our service is a blend of traditional and contemporary elements - including songs and special music, prayers and scripture readings, inspirational and challenging messages and our weekly celebration of the Lord’s Supper. We welcome all to the Lord’s Table as God has welcomed us. We are a family, making room for ALL to belong and to be involved in the life of the church. We are a safe place for those who come seeking, who don’t have it all together, who have questions and doubts and who have been turned away or have walked away. We are a community that strives to combine the heart (passion) of Christianity with the mind (intellect). No matter where you are on your journey of life and faith, we invite you to worship with us this Sunday!
The FCC Chancel Choir sings a wide range of anthems throughout the school year (September - May). From classical and traditional arrangements, to spirituals and contemporary pieces, the FCC Chancel Choir is an integral part of Sunday morning worship. If you would like to join the Chancel Choir, contact our director, Casey Guthals-Hageman for more information.
